Sharjah 24: The management of Al Dhaid Club held a wonderful honouring ceremony for the swimming team players, in recognition of their outstanding performance and achieving second place, during the preparatory tournament for Sharjah clubs. The tournament was organised under the generous sponsorship of the Sharjah Sports Council (SSC), and saw the participation of strong sports teams.

Al Dhaid swimming team achieved great success in the tournament, winning 27 medals, including 8 gold, 15 silver, and 4 bronze medals. This achievement reflects the great dedication and diligence provided by the players in preparation and participation in the tournament.

The ceremony was attended by a number of prominent figures from Al Dhaid Club, including Rashid Abdullah bin Howaiden Al Ketbi, Secretary of Al Dhaid Club; and Salem Ali Al Rafisa, Member of the Board of Directors of Al Dhaid Club; in addition to the coach and administrators who actively contributed to achieving this distinguished achievement.

His Excellency Salem Mohammed bin Howaiden Al Ketbi, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Al Dhaid Club, delivered a speech of appreciation and admiration, praising the players’ achievement and great efforts. 

His Excellency Salem Mohammed bin Howaiden Al Ketbi also extended his special thanks to the coach and administrators for their continuous follow-up and support for the team. 

His Excellency Salem Mohammed bin Howaiden Al Ketbi wished the swimming team at Al Dhaid Club the best of luck and success in the upcoming matches and tournaments, and hoped that they will continue to achieve sporting achievements and represent their city with pride and honour.
