Sharjah 24: The Individual Games and Talents Committee at Dibba Al Hisn Sports Club held a special day under the title “Discovering Individual Sports,” where players were directed to a variety of individual sports and introduced to them.

The coaches of each sport gave a comprehensive explanation of the laws and regulations of the game they practice. The event included games such as jiu-jitsu, table tennis, athletics, swimming, cycling, and bow and arrow sports.

A presentation was made covering the terms, conditions and laws of each game, which contributed to enhancing the players’ sports awareness and expanding their horizons in the world of individual games.

In another part of the event, advice was provided about healthy diets and the necessity of following them to enhance athletic performance and maintain public health.

Mohammed Ali Al Tali’, Chairman of the Individual Games Committee, indicated that the aim of organising this initiative is to enhance interaction and communication between players and provide a platform to introduce them to new games in the club.

He also stressed the importance of raising awareness about the gaming laws and health care necessary to achieve the best sports performance.
