Sharjah 24: Sharjah claimed its first victory in the AFC Champions League after defeating Al Faisaly of Jordan with a free goal, scored by Malian Moussa Marega.

The meeting took place today, Monday, at Sharjah Stadium.

 The victory came at the expense of Al Faisaly of Jordan in the second round of the second group of the continental championship.

With this result, Sharjah raised its score to the fourth point, after a goalless draw in the first round against Al Sadd of Qatar.
