Sharjah24: His Excellency Major General Saif Al Zari Al Shamsi - Commander-in-Chief of Sharjah Police - received a delegation from the Sharjah Youth Council headed by Engineer Majid Khaled Al Hammadi, Chairman of the Sharjah Youth Council and his deputy, Major Humaid Khalfan Al Kindi, and a number of council members, including Khalid Al Raisi, Khawla Al Zarouni, and Obaid Al Suwaidi.

Major General Saif Al Zari Al Shamsi opened the meeting by extending a warm welcome to Engineer Majid Al Hammadi and the Council members, Al Shamsi highlighted the role of  strengthening collaboration with organisations and institutions in supporting the development of the Emirate of Sharjah.

The meeting covered a variety of subjects that the two parties agreed upon, including the integration of the Sharjah Youth Council's role in the community's various programmes and initiatives run by Sharjah Police. The meeting also covered a variety of ideas and subjects  that would support the objectives of the Sharjah Police in raising living standards.

For his part, the Chairman of the Sharjah Youth Council expressed his thanks and appreciation for the good and warm reception, praising the leadership’s efforts in enhancing the quality of security life for community members, and praising this cooperation, which will support the Council’s activities and activate its role in society.


At the end of the visit, Major General Al Shamsi presented a memorial shield to the visiting delegation.
