Sharjah 24: Chairman of the Sharjah Book Authority, Ahmed bin Rakkad Al Ameri stated that the eighth session of the Library Conference, which began on Wednesday, enhances Sharjah's standing in the global cultural arena.

He noted in a statement to "Sharjah 24" that the conference is being held in collaboration with the American Library Association, emphasizing the success of a significant development initiative for libraries in Europe, Asia, and Africa as a consequence of this collaboration.
