Sharjah24: The Sharjah National Oil Corporation recently held the "Health and Environmental Safety 2024 - HSE Expo" at Al Jawaher Reception and Convention Centre. Members of Rubu' Qarn Foundation for Creating Future Leaders and Innovators participated with an interactive platform in order to present their technology initiatives related to energy and sustainability.

During his visit to the platform, His Excellency Sheikh Mohammed bin Ahmed Al Qasimi, Deputy Chairman of the Sharjah Oil Council, praised the exceptional participation of Rubu Qarn members and commended their innovative project ideas. Through these projects, they demonstrated their ability to keep pace with environmental changes and surpass them by finding suitable technological solutions.

The projects revolved around the utilization of modern technologies, artificial intelligence, and electronic chip programming for the protection and sustainability of the environment. Among the notable projects were the "aquaclean duo" water robot project, aimed at protecting the aquatic environment from various forms of pollution, and the "Ghaith" project, focused on reclaiming and utilizing desert lands to enhance plant diversity.

It is worth mentioning that the Rubu Qarn  is one of the most successful experiments in human development. Since approximately 40 years ago, specifically in 1985, the cultural project of His Highness Sheikh Dr. Sultan bin Mohammed Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Sharjah, began. The project aims to invest in human development by establishing centers in all areas of the emirate, with the goal of providing a safe environment for children and youth to pursue their hobbies, polish their talents, and develop their abilities.
