Sharjah 24: The UAE defeated Yemen 3-0 in the fourth round of Group 8 of 2026 FIFA World Cup qualification and 2027 AFC Asian Cup qualification.

With this result, the UAE raised its tally to 12 points at the top of the group, while Yemen's remained at 3 points.

The national team had previously defeated its Yemeni counterpart 2-1 last Thursday at Al Nahyan Stadium 2-1 in the third round of the qualifiers.
