Sharjah 24: The Olympic National Football Team clinched its qualification to the finals of the AFC U-23 Cup, after defeating the Indian national team 3-0, during the final round of the Asian qualifiers.

The match held today, Tuesday,  at Dalian Suoyuwan Football Stadium, as part of the final round of the Asian qualifiers for the 2024 AFC Asian Cup.

The team's goals were scored by Mohammed Abbas in the 25th minute, Sultan Adel in the 32nd minute, and Issa Khalfan in the 63rd minute.

The national team’s qualification came after topping the Group Seven standings with 4 points, with a goal difference from the Chinese team in “second” and with the same number of points, while the Indian team came in “third” with no points.
