The prayer hall consists of a ground floor and mezzanine to accommodate a large number of worshippers, with a capacity of 900, including a dedicated prayer area for women. The mosque was constructed in the Ottoman architectural style blended with modern elements, featuring a circular dome and a 34-meter-high minaret.

Abdullah Khalifa Yarouf Al Subousi, the Chairman of the Department of Islamic Affairs , emphasized that the opening of Al-Tahleel Mosque in this area is in response to the needs of the residents and to facilitate their access to the houses of Allah, enabling them to perform their rituals with ease, tranquility, and a sense of faith. He reaffirmed that the department follows the approach of His Highness Sheikh Dr. Sultan bin Mohammed Al Qasimi,  Supreme Council Member and the Ruler of Sharjah, in supporting and sponsoring mosques. The department provides all facilities and services to donors and philanthropists in the emirate to support mosque construction projects, both materially and spiritually.
