Sharjah24: The Sharjah Housing Programme completed its training program, in which 27 employees from various departments and sections participated. This comes in line with Sharjah Housing Programme’s ongoing objectives to advance staff capacities and hone their knowledge.

Over the course of eight months, 14 training programs were to be implemented, with a mix of group instruction and one-on-one counseling sessions making up the program hours.

His Excellency Dr Eng. Khalifa Musabah Bin Ahmed Al Tunaiji will be the head of the Sharjah Housing Programme has highlighted the significance of the program, stressing that it reflects Sharjah Housing Programme’s belief in the significance of developing a leadership team capable of managing its work efficiently and effectively, contributing in promoting the development in the emirate of Sharjah, in line with the wise leadership. The program’s desired goal is to enable employees to understand the institutional excellence system, employ administrative and leadership skills, and enhance the spirit of creativity and innovation.

He continued that the Sharjah Housing Programme will continue its plan to spread a series of targeted training programs by providing specialied workshops and training courses for other leadership categories.

For their part, the participants indicated that the program contributed positively to the development of modern administrative concepts, with acquiring different leadership interaction skills, in accordance with the best practices applied globally. They also praised the efforts of the Sharjah Housing Programme in implementing training programs that would support the development of employees and enhance their practical and cognitive capabilities.
