Sharjah24: On Saturday evening, the Sports Sustainability Committee of Mleiha Club held a preparatory meeting chaired by Mr. Nasser Al Mehrezi, a member of the Board of Directors and Chairman of the Strategic Planning Committee, at the club's headquarters.

The committee discussed various plans to continue developing the club's work and to develop athletes' awareness of sports sustainability.

The committee approved forming a special committee for the Sharjah Sports Council Sustainability Award.

Nasser Al Mehrezi stressed the importance of continuing the club's steps towards excellence after achieving success in quality requirements and sustainability.

He explained that the committee's work highlights the importance of promoting natural resource preservation, adopting the principles of sustainable development, and presenting proposals about possible mechanisms for applying these principles.

The committee called on all club committees and all players, administrators, and coaches to cooperate in providing the requirements of sports sustainability.
