Sharjah 24: The Sharjah Directorate of Public Works offered a set of services through the "WhatsApp" programme, in both Arabic and English, via the number 065165555, as it gave all clients simple and quick access to services, saving them time and effort.

According to Engineer Hissa Al-Mail, Director of the Information Technology Centre, the inauguration of the new service through "WhatsApp" would enable clients to contact directly with the department around the clock.She said that the initial phase of the launch offers the department's consumers six basic services.

According to Maryam Al-Mazmi, Director of the Corporate Communication Centre, the service is available throughout the day, outside of official business hours, and on public holidays and vacations.
