His Highness Sheikh Dr. Sultan bin Mohammed Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Sharjah, issued Administrative Resolution No. (1) of 2023, regarding the constSharjah24: His Highness Sheikh Dr. Sultan bin Mohammed Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Sharjah, issued Emiri Decree No. (5) of 2023 regarding approving the general organisational structure of Sharjah Municipality.

The decree stipulates that the general organisational structure of Sharjah Municipality attached to the decree shall be approved, provided that the Executive Council shall issue decisions from it as follows:

1. The detailed organisational structure of the municipality, and the decisions necessary to implement this decree, including approving job descriptions for the tasks of the organizational units in the municipality in accordance with its competencies.

2. Creating, merging, or canceling any organizational units belonging to the departments included in the general organizational structure.
