Sharjah24: Al Hamriyah Municipality (AHM) team was able to rose to the runner-up of the title of Sharjah Government Institutions Football Championship, after the team of the Sharjah International Airport Authority achieved the victory and won the final match.

The match held as part of the 24th edition of the Sharjah Government Institutions Football Championship witnessed a remarkable presence of fans of the participating teams and football fans, being organised by the Sharjah Government Employees Club, in cooperation with Al-Thiqa Club for the Disabled, and under the supervision of the Sharjah Sports Council.

Commenting on this, His Excellency Mubarak Rashid Al Shamsi, Director of Al Hamriyah Municipality expressed his happiness with the team’s distinguished sports performance during the final match, stressing that the Sharjah Government Institutions Football Championship achieved positive results during its competitions.

Al Shamsi extended his thanks and gratitude to the Sharjah Government Employees Club, Al-Thiqa Club for the Disabled, the Sharjah Sports Council and all those in charge of the competitions of the Sharjah Government Institutions Football Championship in its 24th edition, lauding their distinguished role in organising these activities and sporting events, contributing in enhancing communication among the government employees in the emirate.
