Sharjah 24: The Sharjah Department of Human Resources (SDHR) continues to implement its series of specialised foundation programmes and direct training programmes for the month of September, targeting Sharjah government employees from all cities and regions of the Emirate.

The SDHR, in cooperation with the American University of Sharjah (AUS), will organise on Monday, September 19, and for a period of 18 days in the evening period, a foundation programme in the English language, targeting 60 participants from all job levels. 

In the same context, the SDHR, in cooperation with Skyline University College, will hold the International Computer Driving Licence (ICDL) programme, starting next Monday, and for a period of 18 days, with the participation of 45 employees from all job levels in the Government of Sharjah. 

The implementation of the foundational and specialised programmes organided by SDHR on an ongoing basis comes in an effort by the SDHR to create national government competencies that keep pace with work developments, contribute to raising the efficiency of employees, and promote continuous improvement processes for the performance of government entities and their services.
