Sharjah 24: The Sharjah Department Human Resources (SDHR) is implementing a series of its specialised training and foundational programmes for the month of August 2022, targeting Sharjah government employees from all cities and regions of the Emirate.

The SDHR’s Career Development Department has prepared, for the month of August, 33 proposed programmes to train employees on a number of systems within the framework of plans to enhance institutional development and specialised leadership.

The remote training, which is held via visual communication technology, aims to provide an opportunity for larger numbers of employees in the Emirate's government to follow the programmes and benefit from their training and educational materials.

It also implements a package of programmes in coordination with the Human Resources Systems Department, targeting workers in the field of human resources and all functional levels.
