Sharjah24: His Excellency Major General Saif Al Zari Al Shamsi, Commander-in-Chief of Sharjah Police, affirmed the keenness of Sharjah Police to participate in various forums and events with strategic partners, to familiarize participants and attendees with its innovations and qualitative projects, in order to achieve the strategic objective of the Ministry of Interior in consolidating a culture of innovation.

This came during the participation of Sharjah Police in a working paper at the "Artificial Intelligence Forum" (AIF) organized by the Sharjah Entrepreneurship Center "Sheraa" on Wednesday, at the Sharjah Research, Technology and Innovation Park, with the aim of reviewing a set of solutions in artificial intelligence and their practical applications in various sectors. 

Major General Al Shamsi added that Sharjah Police is keeping pace with the rapid developments that the world is witnessing in the field of technology and artificial intelligence techniques,  appreciating Sheraa for organising this pioneering forum, through which the efforts of academics, universities and companies in the field of artificial intelligence were reviewed, stressing that Sharjah Police is keen to contribute to providing the best security services to its partners through the use of artificial intelligence.

Sharjah Police focused its participation in the forum on the importance of artificial intelligence techniques in police and security operations in all its aspects, in order to ensure the achievement of outputs compatible with government plans in the use of artificial intelligence.
