Ep. 2: Quran in Kufic script from 12 centuries ago

Sharjah 24: The Holy Quran Academy in Sharjah includes a museum of various copies of the Quran, throughout the Holy Month of Ramadan, "Sharjah 24" takes you on journey to the halls of the academy, revealing its precious holdings in eight episodes during the “Precious Manuscripts” programme, on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
During the second episode of the programme, “Sharjah 24” reviewed a Holy Quran, in North Africa or the Middle East, dating back to the third century AH, ninth century AD, according to Dr. Bahaa Al Deen Dundis, from the Studies and Research Department at the academy.

He pointed out that the verses are written in Kufic script, with “Harakat” in red ink, and there are no breaks between verses, except in rare cases in the form of a pyramid of three black points painted in red.
