Sharjah 24: In response to the Emirates Health Services' desire to implement quality practices, the Kuwait Hospital in Sharjah launched a sign language training course.

This comes in collaboration with the Sharjah Volunteer Centre and with the participation of a number of Kuwait Hospital staff from diverse job categories, particularly those working in the Customer Happiness Centre, to enable them to deal professionally and successfully with people who have special needs.

Maryam Al Ketbi, Head of the Development and Training Unit at Al Kuwait Hospital in Sharjah, emphasised the hospital's commitment to respond promptly in order to offer clients health services that meet the highest standards.
