Sharjah24: Alef Group CEO, Issa Ataya, confirmed that in line with the vision of His Highness Sheikh Dr. Sultan bin Muhammad Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Sharjah, Hayyan project was launched today in Al Barashi area in the Sharjah along the Emirates Road, and the project cost is 3.5 billion dirhams.

He added to “Sharjah 24” that the area of  Hayyan project is 8.7 million square feet, and is characterized by agricultural lands, which have an area of 80,000 square feet, and are lands exclusively designated for residents to grow their own vegetables and fruits. The project includes 1,836 housing units, and delivery is expected to start in the fourth quarter of 2025.

Issa Ataya pointed out that Hayyan project includes a swimming pool with an area of 50,000 square feet, in addition to a community garden of one million square feet, a commercial center, a mosque that can accommodate a thousand worshipers, and a child care center.
