Sharjah24: Sharjah Real Estate Registration Department (SRERD) has completed its preparations to launch the new cycle of the Real Estate Excellence Award 2022.

Registration is scheduled to open from January 17 to February 28. The winners will be announced on May 2022.

Abdulaziz Ahmed Al Shamsi, Director General of SRERD, stated that the Department is keen to organise the Real Estate Excellence Award annually, as it contributes to enhancing Sharjah’s prestigious position in real estate sector.

He pointed out that the continuous success achieved by the award places an additional and continuous responsibility towards finding the means and mechanisms to attract more participants, which is ultimately reflected in providing an incubator environment for real estate investment in Sharjah, embodying the directives of His Highness Sheikh Dr. Sultan bin Muhammad Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Sharjah, and Sheikh Sultan bin Mohammed bin Sultan Al Qasimi, Crown Prince, Deputy Ruler of Sharjah, and Chairman of Sharjah Executive Council, towards developing the economy in general and enhancing the quality life.
