Sharjah 24: Al Hamriyah Suburb Council of the Sharjah Districts and Villages Affairs Department, in cooperation with the Al Hamriyah Municipal Council, Al Hamriyah Municipality and the Sharjah Social Services Department, organised the "50th Forum Between the Past and the Present for Senior Citizens.”

The initiative comes in conjunction with the National Day to celebrate the 50th year and the golden jubilee of the UAE.

The forum was held in Al Hamriyah Suburb Council, witnessing a wide interaction by senior citizens in Al Hamriyah. Dr. Sultan Fayez Al Shamsi, a member of Al Hamriyah Suburb Council, moderated the forum’s dialogues.

The forum was attended by Saif Obaid Saif Bouvier Al Shamsi, Chairman of Al Hamriyah Suburb Council, Hamid Ali Obaid bin Khalaf Al Ali, Vice Chairman, members of Al Hamriyah Suburb Council and members of Al Hamriyah Municipal Council, along with a number of senior citizens and a group of invitees.
