Sharjah 24: The Traffic and Licensing Services Centre represented by the Traffic and Patrols Department and the Vehicles and Drivers Licensing Department, and in cooperation with strategic partners, organised an innovation lab for proactive service accelerators, aiming at discussing and presenting the centre's services, shifting to proactive services, in the presence of Lt. Col. Majid Al Nuaimi, Deputy Director of the Vehicles and Drivers Licensing Department, and a number of strategic partners, customers, and Centre’s employees.

The meeting discussed a series of innovative ideas on the services provided by the centre, and services impact on customers happiness, enabling them to receive services in accordance with quality and efficiency standards, which confirms the Sharjah Police keenness to improve the services provided, which enhances the quality of life for individuals society, and in line with the government's strategy towards the digitalisation of government services.

At the conclusion of the laboratory, Lt. Col. Majid Al Nuaimi, honoured the strategic partners, expressing his appreciation for their efforts in advancing development and excellence in implementing the strategic objectives of Sharjah Police.
