Sharjah 24: The Sharjah Sports Council, in partnership with the Kalba Sports and Cultural Club, is continuing the Kalba Beach Games competitions through November 20.

The competition's director, Yasser Al Doukhi, said that about 500 male and female athletes compete in seven different beach sports in the competition's inaugural edition, which drew a large number of clubs and sports federations.

He told “Sharjah 24” that the massive crowds are generating momentum for the games, which are supported by a plethora of interesting activities catering to the interests of people of all ages.
