Sharjah24: Kuwaiti writer Dr. Talib Al-Rifai confirmed the cultural personality of the 40th session of the Sharjah International Book Fair.

My honour comes for the totality of giving and for the totality of what I presented in the story, the novel, the academic book and teaching, and my effort in launching the Al Multaqa Prize for the short story.

He added to “Sharjah 24” that honouring the cultural personality of the year for the activities of the 40th session of the Sharjah International Book Fair is a great honor for me.

Al-Rifai indicated that the honour comes from Sharjah and from the Sharjah International Book Fair in its 40th session. This is also a source of joy, happiness and great joy for me, especially when His Highness Sheikh Dr. Sultan bin Muhammad Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Sharjah chaired this event.
