Sharjah24: The General Command of Sharjah Police, represented by the Traffic and Patrols Department, launched an awareness campaign in October entitled "Wrong Overtaking", in line with the Ministry of Interior's strategy to prevent roads users from risks.

Captain Saud Al-Shaiba indicated that the main goal of the campaign is to raise traffic awareness among motorists and highlight the importance of adhering to the traffic rules in order to ensure the safety of all road users.

Captain Al Shaiba unveiled  that the campaign will include the traffic awareness publication written in many languages and to be published via Sharjah Police’s social media platforms, in addition to a number of readable, audio, visual and smart media, as well as displaying an awareness posters in all service centers of the Sharjah Police in the city of Sharjah and the central and eastern regions.

The Sharjah Police General Command calls on motorists and road users to abide by the rules and regulations of traffic on internal and external roads and to abide by the specified speeds on the road.
