SSDSC participates in the World League in Turkey

Sharjah 24: Sharjah Self Defence Sports Club (SSDSC) will participate in the World Championship that will be held in Turkey, in accordance with the directions of the Sharjah Sports Council (SSC) to provide a strong competitive environment for players to improve their technical levels according to the best international schools and in preparation for the upcoming tournaments.
The tournament will be held next Friday and Saturday, and SSDSC will participate represented by an official mission headed by the Director of the Sports Training Department, Abdul Aziz Al-Hammadi, coach Ahmed Shahtan, and a number of players.

The players' participation comes within the club's goal to provide technical opportunities benefiting from the development in self-defense sports.  

Obaid Al Assam Al Suwaidi, member of the club’s board of directors and Karate Supervisor confirmed that the club’s participation is competitive and allows players to participate in highly competitive games with highly professional players technically and mentally

Obaid Al Assam Al Suwaidi, praised the club’s efforts to provide such a technical opportunity to players being the first external participation since the Corona pandemic.

Al Suwaidi, also, extended thanks to the technical department for preparing the team technically.

It is noteworthy that the karate team managed last season to achieve impressive results in local and international tournaments, held remotely.
