Sharjah 24: Sharjah Directorate of Human Resources (SDHR) succeeded in upgrading the international standard specifications accredited to ISO 10015, the latest version, maintaining this achievement for the fourth year in a row.
The achievement came as a result of auditing and reviewing the documents, and verifying that the department conforms to the requirements of the quality management system according to international standards.

Dr. Tariq Sultan bin Khadim, Member of Sharjah Executive Council and Chairman of the SDHR, stressed that this success constitutes a new achievement for the department and shows its keenness to implement performance measurements and integrated administrative systems to enhance its quality and excellence.

He explained that within the requirements of the ISO certification, the department has developed many axes such as the employee’s skills gap analysis that aims to raise the efficiency of employees by measuring their performance throughout the year and discovering their skill gaps; then refine and develop through training sessions.
