SDHR implements 'Gradual Return to Professional Life' programme

Sharjah 24: The Sharjah Directorate of Human Resources (SDHR) implemented a virtual training programme entitled "Gradual Return to Professional Life", for the Sharjah Education Council, targeting nursery supervisors from all cities and regions of the Emirate in Sharjah, the Central Region and the Eastern Region.
More than 200 supervisors attended the programme. The training programme reviewed individual and institutional changes, change of management, remote work and the benefits of returning to work, pressures in the work environment, its causes and ways to deal with it, productivity and development, and building follow-up systems.

It also dealt with specific topics on psychological support, emotional intelligence, life goals such as health, fitness, wealth, work and family, social relationships, personality development, mental awareness and spirituality, community participation, and quality of life.

The programme was held with the aim of preparing nursery supervisors to deal with the conditions of the next stage, and raising the level of awareness on health and professional education.

SDHR focused on implementing this programme for its role in educating workers in institutions and government entities and enabling them to be fully prepared and ready to deal with all the developments and pressures of the current circumstances. In addition to focusing on the category of nurseries supervisors because of the importance of their roles and positions in providing care and security services for children, and the need to training them to be flexible when dealing with all circumstances.

SDHR is concerned with implementing the training programmes requested by various government entities. In addition, SDHR aims to develop competencies through training for its active role in advancing all areas and developing the work system government, and the consolidation of a culture of self-development and sustainable learning.
