Sharjah 24: Sharjah Police (SP) continued its periodic programme to raise physical fitness level, which it organises throughout the year for its employees, with the aim of enhancing their health. This included exercises that took place on the beach of Al Hamriyah in the Emirate.

First Lieutenant Salem Mohammed bin Ashour, an administrative officer at the Sharjah Police Officers Club, stated that the organisation of the exercise during this period came on the Emirate's beach, in implementation of the directives of the Commander-in-Chief of Sharjah Police. In addition to His Excellency’s keenness to diversify ways to create a positive environment, which contributes to strengthening the index of happiness and quality of life. 

First Lieutenant Ashour praised the keenness of Sharjah Police, its support, and its vigorous follow-up to the various programmes organised by the Sports and Social Activities Section in the Department of Media and Public Relations, given what sport represents as one of the mainstays to police.
