Sharjah 24: Intaj Centre of the Sharjah Social Services Department (SSSD) revealed that it has implemented a package of training programmes with 1,442 training services for members to hone their skills in home production.

Maryam Al Hammadi, Director of the Intaj Centre, stated that the participation of the centre’s members in exhibitions and activities amounted to about 466, according to the statistics of mid-2021. 

The Director of the Intaj Centre added that the centre aims to support families through marketing their products by providing outlets for sale. In addition, the centre provided members with a home production licence granted by the Sharjah Economic Development Department (SEDD). 

The number of these licences has reached 85, since its inception in 2010, as the centre aims to support home production for the families who are eligible for social security in the department.
