Sharjah 24: Brigadier General Abdullah Mubarak bin Amer, Deputy Commander-in-Chief of Sharjah Police, stressed the great role that the Police Friends course plays in forming affiliates’ personalities and developing their sense of responsibility, as they are police ambassadors, who spread security awareness in their surroundings, and augment community stability and security.

This came during the virtual closing ceremony of the 34th edition of the Police Friends Course, organised by the Media and Public Relations Department, in cooperation with the Sharjah Police Academy. The course, organised during the period from 4 to 15 July, included an array of activities and awareness lectures.

The graduation ceremony was attended by Brigadier General Dr. Mohammed Khamis Al Othmani, Director General of the Sharjah Police Academy; Brigadier General Aref bin Hudaib, Director of the Media and Public Relations Department, and his deputy, Lt. Col. Mohammed Butti Al Hajri, in addition to a number of directors of departments and sections.
