Ammar Al Nuaimi reviews classification of Ajman government services

Sharjah 24-WAM: Sheikh Ammar bin Humaid Al Nuaimi, Crown Prince of Ajman and Chairman of the Executive Council, reviewed an introductory presentation on 'Conceptual Design' and the significant benefits attained by the world’s major institutions and leading governments in providing services.

He was also briefed on the importance of conceptual design tools and their effects on the development of services and institutions, as well as the outcomes of a recently launched project to classify local government services. 

The introductory presentation addressed the classification project and discussed the experiences of customers, as well as communication with customers in the area of services development and how to measure performance. 

The meeting also presented a documentary film on the conceptual design workshop that was launched in coordination with the Conceptual Design Academy in Amsterdam. 

Sheikh Ammar praised the efforts to develop local government services and the role of officials from the Ajman e-Government, who implemented programmes and initiatives to enhance the performance, innovation and excellence of services provided to customers in government institutions and departments in the emirate. 

He also highlighted the efficiency of national employees and their ability to develop all types of government services, due to their team spirit and hard work while adding that the world is advancing and everyone must cope with this. He also expressed his hope in immediately seeing this development and advancement in all services provided by the Ajman Government and its institutions and authorities. 

He affirmed the desire of the Ajman e-Government to cope with global developments, by adopting plans and programmes to enhance its level of services and comply with international standards while noting that it has worked hard to implement many of these programmes, prioritise conceptual design and classify its services, to improve efficiency and promote the use of information technology in all government departments. 

Sheikh Ammar stressed that the strategy of the Ajman Government is based on realising the UAE Vision 2021, in line with criteria that reflects the vision of the country’s leadership and its government’s aspirations. 

His Highness  Sheikh Humaid bin Rashid Al Nuaimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Ajman, has prioritised the development of local government institutions, to achieve the emirate’s overall advancement and its desired progress, he said, adding that the Ajman e-Government is one of the leading institutions in assisting and empowering other government authorities to comply with the country’s directives to provide improved customer services.
