They exchanged greetings on the occasion of the Holy Month of Ramadan in the presence of Sheikh Humaid bin Rashid Al Nuaimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Ajman, and sheikhs. They all expressed their best wishes of further prosperity for their countries and all other Arab and Muslim nations.
The leaders had a friendly conversation about the UAE-Bahrain relations that are based on strong foundations of fraternity, mutual understanding and joint action.
They all performed the maghreb (sunset) prayer and later had iftar at a banquet hosted by His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed.
King Hamad arrived earlier today at the Presidential Airport in Abu Dhabi where he was welcomed by His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed along with Sheikh Hazza bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Chairman of Abu Dhabi Executive Council, Sheikh Tahnoun bin Zayed Al Nahyan, National Security Adviser, Sheikh Saeed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Abu Dhabi Ruler's Representative, Sheikh Hamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Chief of the Abu Dhabi Crown Prince's Court, and senior officials.
UAE senior officials who attended the meeting at the palace, along with Sheikh Hazza, Sheikh Saeed and Sheikh Hamed, include Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai; Sheikh Ammar bin Humaid Al Nuaimi, Crown Prince of Ajman; Lt. General Sheikh Saif bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of the Interior; Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Presidential Affairs; Sheikh Dhiyab bin Zayed Al Nahyan, and Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation.
