‘AQU Rovers’ conclude participation in ‘Zayed the Humanitarian’

Sharjah 24: Al Qasimia University (AQU) roving community concluded their participation in the activities of the virtual forum entitled “Zayed the Humanitarian”, with the presence of 220 participants locally and in the Arab region.
Dr. Salem Al Darmaki talked about Zayed's support for the scout movement, since the beginning of the Arab scout camp that was held in Al Hamriyah at that time, through the presentation of a documentary film illustrating the full of support for the late Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan to the scout movement in the UAE.

Dr. Abdullah Al Turaiji touched on the role of the scout movement in humanitarian work, through voluntary initiatives on the Arab and international levels.

Rashid Al Mutawa spoke about the late Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan as man and his sayings, expressing his scope of goodness that extended to the east and west.

The evening concluded with a speech by Dr. Abdullah Al Fahad, who explained the role of the scout movement in voluntary work and community partnerships, and the support of the scout movement in serving the community.

Dr. Rashad Salem, Director of Al Qasimia University, pointed out that the evening was on the late Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan, which benefited the participants remarkably, allowing them to interact and highlight the role of the founding father in extending goodness to the world.
