Sharjah 24: Major General Saif Al Zari Al Shamsi, Commander-in-Chief of Sharjah Police, honoured a number of retired officers, non-commissioned officers and individuals of the Sharjah Police on Sunday morning, in the presence of Brigadier Abdullah Mubarak Bin Amer, Deputy Commander-in-Chief, general directors and several heads of departments.
Maj. Gen. Al Shamsi expressed thanks and appreciation of the Sharjah Police for the retirees expressing pride in their dedication in their work, with all the impartiality, integrity and commitment to high values and high ideals.

Al Shamsi stressed that retirement age is not the end, but is the beginning of a new life towards a better giving and more effective life in the service of the nation and the society. He added that Sharjah Police sees retired employees as credit and powerhouses from which others benefit.

For their part, the honourees expressed their deep thanks and appreciation to the Sharjah Police for this honour, wishing the Sharjah Police continued progress and prosperity.
