SEWA celebrates “Customer Service Week” in Khorfakkan

Sharjah 24: The Khorfakkan Department in Sharjah Electricity and Water Authority (SEWA), on Thursday, organised an event in the aim of raising customer’s satisfaction and providing efficient services.
The event comes in line with "Customer Service Week" initiative, in the presence of Eng. Ahmed Al Mulla, director of the Sharjah Electricity and Water Authority (SEWA) – Khorfakkan, and top officials.

During the event customers received symbolic gifts, and officials were keen to welcome them, share snacks and listen to their requests.

Eng. Ahmed Al Mulla, director of (SEWA) – Khorfakkan said that this is in line with the directives of His Excellency Dr. Eng. Rashid Al Leem, Chairman of SEWA, by launching periodic initiatives to delight the customers.
