SPWD completes public beach in Dibba Al Hisn at a cost of AED19 M

Sharjah24: The Sharjah Public Works Department (SPWD) has completed a new public beach in Dibba Al Hisn at a cost of 19 million dirhams, aiming to create a new cultural splendor that will provide high-quality services to the public.
Commenting on the new achievement, His Excellency Engineer Ali bin Shaheen Al Suwaidi, Chairman of SPWD has lauded the completion of the new project will be a new beauty mark in the area and will offers a new mark of attractiveness to several tourists.

Engineer Hind Al-Hashimi Director of General Services Department at SPWD said that the report has been completed in a record time, stressing that it will be an attractive touristic area. She has further highlighted the importance of using the best methods and tools in implementing the project, based on the best practices that have been utilised in the developed countries.

The Dibba Al Hisn Beach project is one of the most prominent projects witnessed by the city that gives it a remarkable cultural touch and potentially benefits the marine environment.

The project is located in the city of Dibba Al-Hisn next to the rubber walkway on the canal near the Flag Square in Dibba Al Hisn, in addition to the beach, that was completed by the Department two years ago, in which the Beach Park is located.
