Sharjah24: Sharjah Electricity and Water Authority (SEWA) participated in the 10th workshop on "Rationalisation of Electricity and Water for the GCC Countries" held in Salalah, Oman under the theme “Rationalisation for Sustainability”.
The two-day workshop is organised by the Omani Ministry of Oil and Gas in cooperation with the Public Authority for Water and Electricity Holding Company "Nama" Group.

During the workshop, Moza bin Dakheen, Head of Communication and Partnerships Section at SEWA presented a research paper highlighting the authority’s public awareness campaigns and their related regulatory and technical aspects.

On his part, Eng. Dr. Rashid Al Leem, Chairman of SEWA said that the authority is always keen on collaborating with GCC counterpart authorities especially in the domains of implementing sustainable development strategies and setting joint water and electricity rationalisation strategies through different activities that target various segments of the community.
