Sharjah 24: Khawla Al Mulla, Chairperson of the Sharjah Consultative Council (SCC) affirmed that the agreement signed between the SCC and the Sharjah Documentation and Archive Authority (SDAA) concerning the approval of private documents management system at the Council will reflect the documentation of many SCC documents to preserve the memory of the homeland and familiarise future generations with the emirate’s achievements.
In her statement on the occasion, Al Mulla added that the SCC is the legislative authority where all laws are authenticated and documented saying that SDAA’s documentation of government institutions’ files is pioneering as it helps obtain a historical record for all institutions. She continued taking pride in signing the agreement, which she considers part of the SCC strategic initiatives to achieve partnerships.

Al Mulla hoped that documents would be documented not only locally but also in the international archives as such documentation will play an important role in highlighting the emirate’s achievements internationally.
