Sharjah 24: Sharjah Documentation and Archive Authority (SDAA) has approved private documents management system at the Sharjah Consultative Council (SCC). This came at the signing ceremony held at the SCC headquarters Wednesday in the presence of Khawla Al Mulla, Chairperson of the SCC; Salah Salem Al Mahmoud, Director General of SDAA; and Ahmed Al Jarwan, the Secretary General of the SCC.
The signing ceremony was attended by several officials from both sides.

Blessed by the Chairperson of SCC, administrative decision No. 52 of 2019 pertaining to the approval to adopt the archiving system was signed during the ceremony by Al Mahmoud and Al Jarwan.

Al Mullah praised the continuous efforts of SDAA to establish archiving systems in all government agencies and institutions.

Al Jarwan said that the signing is a confirmation of SCC's keenness to enhance mutual cooperation to serve and develop documentation systems in the Council hailing the strong cooperation with SDAA.

For his part, Al Mahmoud valued the prominent and integral role of the SCC in the completion of the project to adopt the document management system. He stressed the importance of the documents of the Council as they contain all government departments’ documents and discussions and they function as a general and comprehensive record of all affairs of the emirate.
