Sharjah24 – KUNA: An oil pipeline linking Saudi Arabia to Bahrain is back in working order after it was damaged in a recent sabotage incident, the Saudi Ministry of Energy, Industry and Mineral Resources said on Monday.
The oil sector in Bahrain has managed to contain the consequences of a "cowardly attack" on the pipeline at a record speed, the state Saudi Press Agency (SPA) reported, quoting the minister.

Furthermore, Saudi Arabia's state oil company, Aramco, said that the pumping of crude oil from Saudi Arabia's Dhahran plant to the Bapco refinery in Bahrain has resumed.

Bahrain's Ministry of Interior had announced Friday that an explosion caused a fire at an oil pipeline near the village of Buri in Bahrain.

No one was hurt in the incident, the ministry added.
