Sharjah provides solutions to urban transport challenges

Sharjah 24: Unitsky String Technologies and uSky Transport organised in cooperation with Sharjah Research, Technology and Innovation Park (SRTIP), a press conference and a first tour for the media to be acquainted with the aerial tramway for transporting goods and passengers, which were recently built in SRTIP.
This came in the presence of His Excellency Hussain Al Mahmoudi, CEO of Sharjah Research, Technology and Innovation Park (SRTIP), Anatoli Unitsky, Founder of Unitsky String Technologies and uSky Transport.
In exclusive statements to “Sharjah 24”, Anatoli Unitsky, Founder of Unitsky String Technologies and uSky Transport stated: “Today, we had a press conference for the Arabic, local and international media, where we showed our achievement and we showed the first stage of the implementation of the urban transportation.”
He indicated: “International journalists and the guests were able to see in their own eyes and to take a ride on this new type of transportation at the height of 10 metres over ground.”
He added: “This event signifies that we are ready to commercialise the project to the market to solve the problems of urban transportation in the city.”
He concluded: “I would like to express my gratitude to the government of Sharjah and His Highness Sheikh Dr. Sultan bin Mohamed Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Sharjah, for the support, which was provided to us in the development of this innovation mode of transport.”
