Al Raisi: Dibba Al-Hisn resumes traffic with Oman

Sharjah 24: On Thursday, the Sharjah Ports and Border Points Committee , with the assistance of the authorities, reopened the Eastern Border Port of Dibba Al-Hisn, with the Sultanate of Oman, at full capacity.
Muhammad Ibrahim Al-Raisi, head of the committee, said in exclusive statements to "Sharjah 24", that the port known as the "Corniche Point"; He began running the movement of exit and entry, to and from the city, starting Thursday morning at nine o'clock in the morning.

 

To help residents of Dibba and Musandam in the neighbourly Sultanate of Oman, Al-Raisi announced the commencement of implementing a new health policy that will extend the validity of the PCR examination for people entering the country through the port for a period of seven days instead of two.

 

The Chairman of the Organizing Committee of Ports and Border Points further stated that the Sharjah government places a high priority on the ports and border points sector, stressing that development plans for a number of ports will be announced soon.
