Sharjah 24: Sharjah Police's General Command, represented by the Comprehensive AL Gharb Police Station (AGPS), has launched a "live chat" service on smart phones via the "Google map" application, with the goal of improving effective communication with customers and responding to their inquiries as quickly and efficiently as possible, in order to achieve the Ministry of Interior's strategic purpose of maximizing customer satisfaction with services provided and ensuring that all services are provided in accordance with quality, efficiency, and transparency standards, as well as to meet the requirements of the Global Services Classification System.
The launch of the "live chat" service, according to Lieutenant Colonel Salem Ahmad Saif Al Zaabi, Acting Head of Al Gharb Comprehensive Police Station, stems from Sharjah Police's desire to provide distinguished services that exceed the expectations of its customers, explaining that the new service allows customers to speak directly with the centre’s qualified customers' happiness employees.
