Al Obaidli: SAF displays collections for first time

Sharjah 24: The Sharjah Art Foundation (SAF) opened its summer 2021 programmes, which will run until October 1, in the Foundation’s artistic buildings, at Al Mureijah Square.
Omar Al Obaidli, Projects Coordinator at the SAF, stated that the Foundation's programmes include exhibitions of collections "When I Count, There Are Only You " and "The Rain Forever Will be Made of Bullets ", which were evaluated by Sheikha Hoor bint Sultan Al Qasimi, President of the Sharjah Art Foundation. 

In an exclusive statement to "Sharjah 24", Al Obaidli explained that the exhibitions include new holdings that have not been showcased before, in addition to works that appeared in the Sharjah Biennial, or other programmes in Sharjah, noting that the Foundation also opened the "Sharjapan 3" exhibition, under the title “Remain Calm: Solitude and Connectivity in Japanese Architecture”.

He pointed out that the first day of the opening is accompanied by a free –of- charge continuous performance show, which is open for the public, adding that these exhibitions will continue until October 1.
