Rafid announces 35% increase in usage of AutoXpress Workshop

Sharjah24: Rafid Automotive Solutions, a joint venture between Sharjah Asset Management and OWS Auto, announced a 35% increase in usage since the start of 2021 for its AutoXpress Mobile Workshop service; a mobile workshop which specializes in car repair and maintenance, with almost 3000 new enquiries and requests this year.
His Excellency Salim Saeed Al Midfa, CEO of Rafid Automotive Solutions, said, “We are pleased to see a surge in new users for our AutoXpress Mobile Workshop since the start of 2021. The service, which was launched in April 2020 as part of our corporate social responsibility to ensure the safety of our all whilst delivering the highest level of services at affordable prices, is a testament to our commitment to providing innovative solutions for our customers.” 

Al Midfa continued, “The rise in enquiries and increase in usage of the AutoXpress Mobile Workshop is a testament to both our customers’ trust in Rafid, and also the necessity for a solution such as this in the region. The Workshop provides a mobile workshop offering quick car repair service and maintenance, and is part of our mission to provide the residents and citizens of Sharjah with seamless services, delivered to the highest standards.”

The AutoXpress Mobile Workshop waives all additional fees for customers, and regularly runs different offers for customers throughout the year. The company reported that the most requested service from the mobile workshop is for oil change and filter services.  

The AutoXpress Mobile Workshop was launched in April 2020 as a means to provide customers with the highest quality of services whilst ensuring their comfort and safety, in line with measures set by authorities in response to the COVID-19 pandemic. The Auto Xpress Mobile Workshop offers customers services such as: battery change, tyre repair, maintenance of front and rear lights, A/C treatment, oil filter changes, and sterilization and disinfection of vehicles.
