2. Be a legal personality, of good conduct, of good reputation, and have clear criminal record, unless the member has been rehabilitated or exonerated.
3. Be no less than 25 years old.

4. Absence from the board’s meetings for four consecutive meetings or six separate meetings without an excuse accepted by the board during the calendar year, provided that it is calculated from the date of the first meeting of the board.

If the position of a board member becomes vacant for any of the reasons mentioned in the previous paragraph, Sharjah Ruler or any person representing His Highness may appoint a replacement, and the new member completes the term of the predecessor’s membership.

The club shall have a full-time executive director with competence and experience in the sports and cultural fields, who shall be appointed by a decision of the board of directors after the approval of Sharjah Sports Council.

Based on the proposal of the board of directors and the approval of Sharjah Sports Council, the organisational structure of the club is issued by a decision of the Chairman of Sharjah Sports Council.
