Rafid signs joint venture agreement with Albatha

Sharjah24: Rafid Automotive Solutions, a joint venture between Sharjah Asset Management and OWS Auto, signed a Joint Venture agreement with Albatha Automotive Group recently.
The agreement was signed on 31st May 2021 by Salim Saeed Al Midfa, CEO of Rafid Automotive Solutions. And Jan Felton, Managing Director – Albatha Holding.

The agreement stipulates that the two companies will establish a joint venture limited liability company in the emirate of Sharjah under the laws of the UAE, to provide vehicle maintenance and registrations operations in the contract territory. The joint venture company will be called “Pitstop Automotive Services LLC”. 

Pitstop Automotive Services LLC will provide vehicle maintenance/registration operations, and car detailing services such as tinting, paint protection, car washing, to name a few, in a facility space of over 33,000 sq. ft. 

The agreement was witnessed by Sheikh Mohammed Sultan Al Qasimi – Representative of Albatha Automotive Group and Oweis Zahran, Managing Partner of Rafid Automotive Solutions.

Sheikh Mohammed Sultan Al Qasimi said of the agreement, “We are pleased to enter this agreement with Rafid Automotive Solutions, which will provide customers with an enhanced experience for their vehicle maintenance and registration services, and we thank our partners at Rafid for all their efforts that contribute to securing the highest levels of automotive solutions.”

For his part, Oweis Zahran, Managing Partner of Rafid Automotive Solutions., said, “We are pleased to partner with Albatha Automotive Group, and the forming of Pitstop Automotive Services LLC, which fall in line with our vision at Rafid to lead the way for professional and innovative automotive solutions in the region.”
