Sharjah 24: Al Qasimia University students presented the UAE leadership and people a greeting board, on the occasion of Eid Al Fitr, in thirteen languages.

The seventeen students from Al Qasimia University extended their greetings in their mother tongues, forming a harmony and complementarity with the University’s objectives whereas Al Qasimia University is a comprehensive academic institution with a distinctive learning style and a global vision.

Greeting messages of the blessed Eid Al Fitr were in Arabic and languages from the Philippines, Macedonia, Uzbekistan, Thailand, Russia, Burkina Faso, Gambia, Malaysia, Benin, Sudan, China, Indonesia and Kosovo.

On this occasion, Prof. Awad Al Khalaf, Acting President of Al Qasimia University, congratulated President His Highness Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan; His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of  Dubai; His Highness Sheikh Dr. Sultan bin Mohamed Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Sharjah, and Their Highnesses Supreme Council Members and Rulers of the Emirates.

Al Khalaf pointed out that the students initiative is a sincere expression of their joy and their will to share their feelings with the UAE leadership and people, in their own languages, appreciating the role of the UAE and Sharjah to spread knowledge and tolerance and to host them to study at Al Qasimia University.
